Dr Luisa Menano

Luisa holds a Ph.D from Southampton University, UK. She has exhibited internationally and she also has taught internationally. She recently obtained a Level 6 Diploma working with Children in Art Therapy, delivered by the British Association of Art Therapy (BAAT) ad accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB).

Luisa's artwork involves various media, from sculpture, site-specific installation; video and sound installation; photography; performance, but what really matters is the idea and the message that she conveys to translate, within the journeys, of those lives, away from the motherland, immigrating, living and trying to adapt to new culture(s).

Her Academic Research interests are the Integration of Art and Technology in Education.
